National Doctors' Day

01-Jul-2021

National Doctors' Day is celebrated on July 1 every year to honour the birth and death anniversary of great physician and second chief minister of West Bengal, Dr Bidhan Chandra Roy. This day serves to show gratitude to all those doctors who have selflessly aided us in our time of need and tirelessly worked for the health of their patients. On this occasion we pay tribute to our doctors who ensured that India did not succumb to the challenges posed by Covid-19. In the midst of Covid-19 outbreak, when cases have gone up tremendously, the doctors have been working risking their lives and desperately making attempts to save lives. They continued to work tirelessly in the hour of crisis. Let us honour their spirit and dedication. Happy Doctors' Day.
