National Sports Day, commemorating the birth anniversary of the hockey legend, Major Dhyan Chand, was celebrated on 29th August 2021. Physical Education Department conducted various programmes such as preparation of video about favourite sports and favourite sports person, sports quiz etc. A webinar on the Importance of Health and Physical Education was jointly conducted by Dr. Ambili Raghavan, Physical Education teacher, Convent School, Vadakara and Mr Hameed Kalathil, Physical Education teacher, MMH School. Thalassery. The webinar stressed the importance of physical education and the need to be healthy. Students interacted with the speakers and cleared their doubts. The webinar was very lively and informative.
